This week, nanoFabUK 2025 united the UK’s academic nanofabrication community for two days of discovery, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology.
We were thrilled to welcome you to NanofabUK 2025, where Research Technical Professionals (RTPs) from a range of institutions, industry leaders, and facility leadership came together for two inspiring days of knowledge exchange and collaboration. Hosted at the historic Glasgow University Union , the event celebrated the vibrant UK academic nanofabrication community and its pioneering work.

Talks from a variety voices in nanotechnology, offering fresh perspectives on best practice in cleanrooms, fabrication techniques, technology, sustainability, and career development.
Workshops showcasing cutting-edge technology and its applications.
Panels that brought together a variety of cleanroom leaders to discuss pressing issues we all face and how to combat them.
Posters that helped us all understand the different strengths our facilities bring to the UK nanofabrication and research community.
Exhibitions that displayed a range of technology from the UK, EU and beyond.
Breakout sessions that enabled meaningul discussion of the topics brought up, as well as working groups.
